Your excused absence request will be automatically approved unless Heads reach out to you via email.

Note: If your request is for being absent from your code review, and there is another code review time that you can make, work with your code review TA to see about going to the alternate code review instead of skipping that week's code review entirely. If you can't make any code review section for the week, you should fill out this form to be excused from code review.

For lab, however, you should only attend your registered lab slot.
